cans or 1 large can albacore tuna

chopped or grated dill pickle (about 1/4 cup)
1/3 c
chopped celery (about 1 1/2 stalks)
1/2 c
mayonnaise (or to desired consistency)
2 tsp
dry mustard

hard boiled eggs chopped
salt and pepper to taste
grated carrot or finely chopped red pepper (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Drain the tuna, mix everything together and enjoy on bread on a bed of lettuce. Can easily be appetizers on cocktail bread or crackers.
