TUNA MACARONI SALAD
uncooked elbow macaroni
hard boiled eggs
( 6-oz ) tuna
sweet pickle relish
salt and pepper to taste
1cook macaroni according to package directions, drain; rinse under cold water and drain. Combine macaroni with next six ingredients. Combine and mix well. Then put into a bowl and chill at least one hour, And serve salad on Lettuce and Garnish with Tomato wedges and Parsley.

This is what I always considered to be Tuna Salad. My mom made hers similar to this only I don't believe she added a CUP of relish. That sounds like a lot but I would have to try this first. Nonetheless, this was a great way to stretch that one can of tuna to feed a family of 6!

Well Fran this the way my Daughter made it and it was Delicious and she knows, how I don't like tuna salad very much and made it this way for me. And your right it's a good way to stretch your one can of tuna.....

This is my daughter's favorite!! Sometimes I don't add relish if I'm using Miracle Whip with Mayonnaise (half & half) but the rest of the recipe is the same. I'm sending this to her.
