My Accordin Tuna Salad
This is my oldest standby recipe. I've been doing this for a couple of eon's now.I found myself needing to make lunch one day with things that were already "in use" in the fridge. Feel free to add things according' to what you have in the fridge.
- 3/4 c
- baby lettuce or mixed greens
- 65 g
- tuna in water (that's half a can)
- 2 Tbsp
- chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp
- onion (sliced small)
- kalamata olives
- 1 small
- lemon wedge
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
1Make a bed with the baby lettuce or greens.
2Place roughly flaked tuna on top of the lettuce.
3Put the tomato and onion on top of tuna.
4Top it with the olives.
5Squeeze lemon wedge and drizzle with olive oil to taste.
6Use salt and pepper if desired.
