Peel and cut potatoes into 1/4 inch cubes. Put in medium pot, cover with water. Boil until potatoes are easily pierced with a fork. Remove from heat and drain water.
Hard boil eggs. Cool. Peel and cut into 1/4 inch chunks.
Put potatoes, eggs, onion, pickles, olives, mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
