Ingredients

1 box
rigatoni pasta, cooked
4 oz
pimientos
1 medium
cucumber (sliced thin)
2
spring onions, including green (sliced thin)
3/4 c
canola oil
1 c
white vinegar
1/2 c
white sugar
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
accent (or seasoning salt)
1 tsp
garlic powder
2 tsp
parsley
3 tsp
prepared mustard

Step-By-Step

1Cook pasta as directed until al dente; drain.

2While pasta is cooking, whisk together oil, sugar, vinegar, seasonings, and mustard well. Let chill.

3Thinly slice veggies and mix with pimentos. Add drained pasta.

4Pour dressing over all and toss well. Refrigerate after serving.
