Pineapple Chicken Pasta Salad

This is a easy chicken pasta salad that keeps in the refrigerator for several days. As it sits it just gets better.
The recipe originally came from Mrs. Mickey Leland. I got it from her brother-in-law, whose mother resides at the assisted living community where I do volunteer work.

Ingredients

2 c
chicken, cooked, and diced
1 small
box pasta shells, cooked and cooled
2 Tbsp
pineapple, crushed
2 tsp
soy sauce
1/4 c
red bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp
chives, finely chopped
mayonnaise, to taste
1 dash(es)
ginger powder
1/2 dash(es)
chopped pecans

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all the ingredients and chill thoroughly.

NOTE: Leftover rotisserie chicken works really well in this dish.
