ripe olives
1 c
diced 1/4 inch red bell pepper
1 c
diced 1/4 inch yellow bell pepper
1 c
diced 1/4 inch green bell pepper
1/2 c
minced scallions
1/4 c
capers
2 pkg
1 pound each orzo pasta cooked and chilled
1 c
herbed white wine vinaigrette dressing
1/2 c
pine nuts toasted

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Add orzo pasta and vinaigrette dressing. Toss well. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
