CREAMY CUCUMBER PASTA SALAD-MY WAY

My sister in law makes a great salad like this, with halved grape tomatoes & green olive slices. Everyone loves it, but the kids always seem to pick those two ingredients out. This is my version of it without them.Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 box
ditalini pasta

cucumber, seeded & diced small

red bell pepper seeded & diced small
2
celery stalks, diced small
1 medium
sweet onion, diced small
1/2
block colby jack cheese, cubed very small
1/2 c
sour cream
1/2 c
mayonaise
1/4 Tbsp
dried dill
2 tsp
sugar
1/4 Tbsp
celery salt
1/4 Tbsp
galric powder
1 tsp
lemon juice
salt & black pepper, to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook pasta according to directions( i cooked 1 minuter longer) Drain & cool. ( I put mine in the fridge while I went to the store.)

Dice veggies & cheese, add to cool pasta.

Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl until well blended. Taste, and adjust seasonings as needed.

Pour over pasta mixture & stir well. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Optional: Add some zesty Italian dressing the next day if it looks too dry.
