Bacon Avocado Tortellini Salad

This is so yummy and quick. I think the original recipe called for small shell pasta - boring! I like it with tortellini much better.

Ingredients

4 slice
peppered bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 c
refridgerated tortellini, cooked according to directions
1 large
avocado ( or 2 small), halved
1/2 c
grape tomatoes, halved
1/3 c
of your favorite ranch dip/dressing (i like marie's)

Directions Step-By-Step

Mash 1/2 avocado in a medium size mixing bowl, then stir in ranch dip. Add the cooked pasta and stir well to coat. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
