Ingredients

hard boiled eggs
1/3 c
mayonnaise
1/2 c
chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp
dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp
dried dill weed
1/2 tsp
salt

spinach or lettuce leaves
tomatoes, sliced
toasted buns

Step-By-Step

1Place all ingredients (except lettuce and tomatoes) into small bowl.

Chop with pastry blender until well blended.
2Serve on toasted buns with lettuce (or spinach) leaves and tomato slices.
