Ingredients

grilled ears of corn--corn removed from cob
1/2 to 3/4 c
small dice red pepper
1/2 to 3/4 c
small dice green pepper
1/2 c
onion, finely chopped
coleslaw dressing

Step-By-Step

1Mix the corn, red and green peppers, and onions all together in a bowl.

2Pour your own coleslaw dressing or use bottled coleslaw dressing to taste.
