Ingredients

1 small
package, lemon jello
1 c
boiling water
16 oz
cottage cheese
1 Tbsp
onion (minced small)
1 Tbsp
green pepper (minced small)
3 Tbsp
carrot (minced small)
1/3 c
mayo or salad dressing
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
half & half cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Dissolve jello in cup of hot water. Cool and add cottage cheese, 1/2 & 1/2, salt and salad dressing. When it starts to thicken, stir in carrots, onion and pepper.
