Ingredients

TACO MEAT

1 lb
ground beef
1/4 c
homemade taco seasoning
3/4 c
water
15 oz
black beans, canned
1 c
corn, canned optional

SALAD

lettuce head
onion
tomato
picante sauce
mexican blend shredded cheese
sour cream, opitional

Directions Step-By-Step

Taco Meat:
Brown and drain ground beef. Add the homemade taco seasoning stir to mix. Add water, black beans and corn if using. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

While the taco meat mixture is simmering, either tear or chop the lettuce, onion and tomatoes. Place in separate bowls for serving.

Place some of the lettuce either in a bowl or on a plate. Top with the remaing ingredients as you like. Top with sour cream and enjoy.
