Ingredients

8 c
spring mixed leaves
1 small
red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c
parmigiano-reggiano, shaved
olive oil, extra virgin
balsamic vinegar
salt and black pepper, freshly ground

Step-By-Step

1Place the leaves in a large bowl, top with onion, cheese. Drizzle olive oil & balsamic vinegar over the top. Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.
