Belgian Endive Wedge Salad

Ingredients

1 bottle
prepared blue cheese dressing
1 c
mayonnaise
1 c
sour cream
1 c
blue cheese crumbles
1/2 c
red wine vinegar
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
black pepper

pieces belgian endive, cut into quarters lengthwise

Step-By-Step

1For dressing, combine all ingredients (except endive) in a large mixing bowl. Whisk gently until blending well. Lay endive flat on a chilled platter. Drizzle dressing on top and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
2TIP: You can also add crispy bacon or chopped tomato.
