This is delicious! Love the dressing, and so, so easy...I always double the recipe and sometimes I add coconut as well..enjoy!

Ingredients

egg
1/2 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
flour
1 can(s)
pineapple chunks (15 oz. can) - reserve juice for dressing
1 can(s)
(11 oz. can) mandarin oranges drained
1
banana
1/2 c
miniature marshmallows

Step-By-Step

1Combine the egg, sugar, flour and pineapple juice in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thick. Cool completely.

Mix together the pineapple chunks, oranges, sliced banana and marshmallows in a medium bowl.
2Pour cooled dressing over fruit mixture and stir to coat evenly.

Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
