Really easy to make. No cooking and a low calorie meal.
I started making this years ago when I was on Weight Watchers for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

hearts of romaine lettuce
leftover boneless chicken or rotisserie chicken
2 c
four bean salad, jarred
1 c
sargento mexican blend cheese, traditional cut
1 c
salsa, jarred

Step-By-Step

1Wash the lettuce and tear into bite size pieces.
2Cube the chicken.
3Drain the bean salad.
4Toss the lettuce, chicken and beans together, top with salsa and cheese.
