Red Potato Salad

This recipe has been shared from Massachusetts to California. Everyone loves it! The secret is to use only Hellman's mayonnaise and make it while the potatoes are still hot.

Ingredients

4-5 lb
red potatoes, unpeeled
2 c
hellman's mayonnaise
2 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp
salt
dash(es)
black pepper
4 tsp
grey poupon country-style mustard
4 stick
celery, chopped
1 large
onion, chopped

Step-By-Step

1Boil potatoes for about 45 minutes. Don't worry if they fall apart a bit.
2While potatoes are cooking, prepare dressing: mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard.
3Drain potatoes. Cut them into pieces. Add chopped celery and onion.
4Pour dressing over vegetables. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
