Moppy's Potato Salad

I started making this different from other potato salads. Just trying different ingredients. Made it and to my surprise everyone loved it. My daughters always ask me to make it.

5 lb lb
potatoes, russets boiled tender ( mashed )
6 large
eggs, hard boiled chopped well
1 small jar(s)
green olives dice small
1 c
diced onions chopped well
1 Tbsp
creole mustard
3 Tbsp
mrs dash original blend ( salt free )
salt and pepper to taste
1 3/4 c
1 oz
pickles juice

Directions Step-By-Step

Take the potatoes peel and cube them. Rinse them, Put in large pot to boil. Put enough water to cover potatoes. When water comes to boil, Boil the potatoes for about 20 to 25 minutes are until tender.
While the potatoes are boiling, Put the 6 eggs to boil. When water comes to boil. It should take 10 minutes for them. Chop your onions and olives. Put to the side. When eggs are ready,Peel and Diced them small.
Drain the potatoes. Mix in large bowl, Add ingredients .Slowly add the Mayo to mixture. It should look like cream potatoes.
