I started with a Rachel Rae Recipe then added some ingredients from Guy( from Diners Dive Ins and Dives), and finally just came up with my own recipe and I love it! And want to share it with y'all!! Merry Christmas!

Ingredients

2 stick
butter, room temperature
1 lb
sharp chedder cheese
3 dash(es)
salt and pepper
5 lb
russet potatoes
1 lb
turkey bacon
1 c
chives, finely chopped
2 qt
sour cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Wash and Cut Potatoes into cubes, then boil for approx. 30-45 min.

Chop Chives into fine pieces, add the chives in a bowl with both tubs of sour cream and 2 sticks of butter, then add Crumbles of bacon and cheese.

Once you have mixed all of the ingredients add the potatoes. Make sure to cool potatoes with cold water before adding. Then your done! ENJOY
