Italian Potato Salad

- potatoes, russets
- red bell pepper
- 1 bunch
- green onions
- 1/2 c
- 1/4 c
- italian salad dressing
1Boil Potatoes until tender, drain and run cold water over and let sit until cool.
2Peel and cut into bite size pieces. Sprinkle salt, pepper and vinegar over every two chopped potatoes as you put into bowl.
3Add Mayonnaise and Italian Dressing and Stir to incorporate.
4Chop Red Bell Pepper and Green Onions and stir into Potatoes.
5Taste and adjust seasonings or dressing to taste.
