Ingredients For fresh tuna & red potato salad

1 lbred potatoes

3 cyellow fin tuna, grilled and cut into 1 inch pieces

4celery stalks, chopped
-
1 cyogurt, plain and non-fat

1/4 cfresh parsley, chopped

2 Tbspred wine
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspground cumin
-
1/4 tsppepper
How To Make fresh tuna & red potato salad

1Heat 1-Inch water (salted if desired) to boiling in a 2-quart saucepan.

2Add the potatoes and cover.

3Heat until boiling then reduce the heat until simmering and simmer the potatoes 30 to 35 minutes or until they are tender, then drain and cool slightly.

4Cut into cubes, (There should be about 3 cups).

5Mix all of the ingredients together then cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until well chilled.
