POTATO SALAD IS GREAT FOR ANY TIME OF THE YEAR. HERE IS A GREAT RECIPE FROM MY FAMILY TO YOURS. IT IS GREAT FOR PICKY EATERS AS WELL.

Ingredients

8 large
potatoes boiled with a dash of olive oil amd salt
8 large
hard boiled eggs
5 Tbsp
mayo or miracle whipp add more for creamier or less for chunky
1 tsp
mustard
1 c
dill pickles cut into medium size pieces
1 tsp
salt and pepper to taste

I PREFER IT TO BE CREAMY AND CHUNKY ( LARGER PIECES)

Step-By-Step

1PEEL POTATOES AND EGGS. DICE UP EGGS AND PICKLES.

2IN A LARGE BOWL ADD POTATOES MASH THEM BUT LEAVE SOME MEDIUM SIZED PEICES. ADD EGGS AND PICKLES.

3ADD MIRACLE WHIPP, MUSTARD SALT AND PEPPER IN THE SAME BOWL. MIX WELL.

4REFRIDGERATE UNTIL COLD APPROXIMATELY 1 HR DEPENDING ON FRIDGE.
