Adding milk is a feature of many of the Hawaiian macaroni salad recipes. I don't use it in my Hawaiian Potato Mac salad. I want to try this salad & see if it has the Hawaiian mac salad flavor!

This is just my opinion. I loved this salad. After using the condensed milk which is sweetened. I saw no need for the one fup of sugar. It was plenty sweet with out it. I would taste it before adding the sugar to it. Only because I made this before. I would add a little sugar at a time. Then taste it to your liking. That is the beauty of this recipe. It can be as sweet as you want. 5 stars!!!
