|16 oz||elbow macaroni, cooked|
|1 medium||carrot, shredded|
|1 large||green pepper, chopped|
|1 medium||red onion, chopped|
|14 oz||sweetened condensed milk|
|1 c||apple cider vinegar|

Nice change to traditional macaroni salad. Always have to double the recipe and never have left overs.
In large bowl combine macaroni, carrots, green pepper, and onion.
In small bowl whisk mayo, milk, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, until smooth.
Pour over macaroni mixture, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
