Ingredients

1 pkg
(10-16 ounces) salad ready fresh spinach

hard boiled eggs, chopped
1
(2 ounce) can sliced black olives
1/4 c
thinly sliced red onion
1 c
shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can(s)
cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

SWEET ITALIAN DRESSING:

1/3 c
sugar
1
envelope dry italian salad dressing mix
3 clove
garlic, minced
3/4 c
apple cider vinegar
3/4 c
water
3/4 c
olive oil

Step-By-Step

1Toss together all salad ingredients. Set aside
2To make salad dressing: In a small bowl, combine the sugar, salad dressing mix, garlic, vinegar and water; gradually whisk in oil.
3Pour desired amount over salad greens mixture and toss. Serve cold.

Store remaining dressing in refrigerator. Dressing keeps for at least 4-6 weeks.
