Shrimp Salad with Noodles

1 pkg. egg noodles, 6 oz
2 lbs. small or medium shrimp, cooked and peeled
1 cucucmber, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 avocao, chopped
3 scallions, chopped
poppy seeds
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup italian dressing

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook noodles as the package directs and drain.
Mix all other ingredients, toss with noodles and chill. Best made well ahead to allow flavors to blend. Serves 8 to 10
