Ingredients
| 1 lb | pre-cooked de-veined shrimp (cut in halves) |
| 1 lb | tri-colored pasta |
| 1 sm | onion finely diced |
| mrs dash garlic & herb seasoning (to taste) | |
| 1 btl | thousand island dressing (or make your own-recipe below) |
| salt and pepper (to taste) | |
| THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING (1) | |
| 1 1/8 c | mayonnaise |
| 4 Tbsp | ketchup |
| 2 Tbsp | white vinegar |
| 3 tsp | sugar |
| 4 tsp | sweet pickle relish |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | black pepper |
| THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING (2) | |
| 1 c | mayonnaise |
| 1/4 c | chilli sauce (maggi's) |
| 2 | eggs, hard boiled and chopped |
| 2 Tbsp | green onion, chopped |
| 2 Tbsp | celery, chopped |
| 4 1/2 tsp | onions, finely chopped |
| 1 tsp | paprika |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |

Veronica's Notes:
Great side dish to have at BBQ's. Easy to make and good whether you make the dressing yourself of use shop bought dressing.
I have also added chopped cucumber and it changes it up slightly and it makes the dish go a little further. It's a hit with all the family and you can substitute wheat pasta and lo-fat dressing if you want a healthier dish.

Directions
Cook pasta until tender, drain and run under cold water to cool. .
Add balance of ingredients and mix well, use Mrs Dash & Salt & Pepper to taste
