After seeing Sharon Coyler's "SALMON MACARONI SALAD" posted on JAP.
It inspired me to do my own rendition of the recipe.
With canned salmon, pasta shells, cucumbers, green onions, peas and cooked eggs.
Now I get to use to use my very first home grown cucumber!
Naturally I had to add, to the recipe horseradish sauce !!
You should know me by now! LOL
