Ingredients

2 pkg
ramen noodles, crushed
1 small
head of cabbage, shredded
1/2 c
almonds
4-5
green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c
sunflower seeds
1/4-1/2 c
butter or margarine

IN FRYING PAN TOAST ALMONDS, NOODLES AND SUNFLOWER SEEDS IN BUTTER. SHRED CABBAGE. ADD COOLED TOASTED NOODLE MIXTURE TO CABBAGE.

DRESSING:

1/2 c
oil
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 c
sugar
1/4 c
white vinegar

Directions Step-By-Step

Shake dressing in a jar to dissolve sugar and pour over salad just before serving. Makes 4-6 servings.
