No Cook Dressing for Macaroni Salad

This is a sweet dressing but it's the best I've ever used.My bf hates onions and celery. So when I make this for him I just use macaroni and eggs. The dressing has enough flavor to make up for it.I like that the dressing soaks into the macaroni and never gets that separated look.Be sure and let sit overnight in fridge so flavors meld.

Ingredients

2 c
miracle whip
1 c
sugar
1/4 c
vinegar
1/4 c
water
3 Tbsp
yellow mustard
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 c
evaporated milk

Step-By-Step

1Whisk all ingedients together.
2Pour over 1 pound box of cooked and drained macaroni mixed with 10-12 chopped hard boiled eggs.(you can add onion and celery to taste if you like)
3Put in fridge and let sit overnight for the best flavor.
