This is actually something my husband makes...but we all love it and I thought I would share it with you..

olive oil, extra virgin
basil, fresh
parmesan cheese
pistachio nuts, chopped
salt, pepper, garlic
pasta shells
sun dried tomatoes
kalamata (greek) olives
feta cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

bring water to boil and cook pasta shells...
make pesto sauce...with a food processor chop fresh basil...slowly add olive oil until incorporated...add parm cheese & blend...then add pistachio nuts...continue blending until resembles pesto sauce...season with salt, pepper, & garlic...if needed add more olive oil till you reach desired consistency...
you may add ingredients while the pasta is still warm...start with pesto sauce..eye ball rest of ingredients...we chop olives & sun dried tomatoes up in food processor so all is balanced in size with the feta cheese...mix and enjoy!!!
