Ingredients

4 c cooked macaroni
4 large hard boiled eggs, diced
3 large scallions, diced all the way, include the green part
1 large rib of celery, diced up
1/2 large red delicious apple, diced and cored...not peeled. you can use the whole thing if you like.
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
3-4 Tbsp ranch dressing

I love this salad, I've never wrote down what I do until tonight. Hubby is very happy now! LOL

The apple really adds to the flavor, you will love it.

Directions

in a medium to large bowl add your cooked macaroni.

add your hard boiled eggs

chill for about an hour before serving

Well Missy Janet...I have made it "almost" this way. Now I just need to add an apple. You always put something in to change it up.
I love grated apple in tuna and ckn salads so I'm sure this will be good too.

I'll definitely have to try this one!!! I make my chicken salad just like this, but with only mayo. That apple really sets the salad off!!!

Thank you for all your comments, I will be getting ready to really freak you out with my cole slaw. It will really be different but won't post for a bit, Need to eat the rest of this mac salad first! LOL
The apple really does give that sweet crunch that sets off the salad..and looks pretty!

Can hardly wait to see your slaw recipe...I never met a slaw I didn't like!!!!
I am kind of partial to my Grandmothers old old old recipe that calls for heavy cream though...=;D
