Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad
macaroni, large shells
sliced green onion top only
chopped fresh parsley
hard boiled eggs
shaved parmesan cheese
caesar ( recipes as followed)
1Cook pasta according to package directions: Rinse with cold water to stop cooking process and cool quickly: drain well.Meanwhile, prepare Caesar vinaigrette. In large bowl , toss cooled pasta, vinaigrette and remaining ingredients except cheese: serve immediatley or cover and refrigate 2 hours> Before serving , sprinkle cheese.
2Caesar Vinaigrette: In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, 1/2 cup of olive oil, 2 cloves garlic pressed, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
