Boarding House Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

1 lb
elbow macaroni or shells, cooked and drained
6 oz
cheddar cheese, cut into small dice
1 1/2 c
baby peas (thawed if frozen)
1 medium
green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium
onion, chopped
2/3 c
sweet pickle relish
1/4 c
mayonnaise
1/4 c
yogurt or sour cream
1/4 c
pimientos, chopped
white pepper, to taste

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
2Refrigerate, covered, for at least 1 hour to develop the flavors.
3The salad keeps well for several days.
