Artichoke Parmesan Pasta Salad

Ingredients

8 oz
cavatappi noodles
1/4 c
sun dried tomatoes
5-6
artichoke hearts, canned and marinated
8 oz
fresh mozzarella, cubed
2 Tbsp
annie's naturals parmesan artichoke dressing
1 dash(es)
oregano, dried
1 dash(es)
garlic salt
1 tsp
parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1Cook cavatappi noodles as directed. While they are cooking, dice sun dried tomatoes and toss them in the boiling water for the last few minutes.
2Drain noodles and tomatoes & cool down with cold water.
3Cube mozzarella. Cut artichoke hearts into smaller pieces. Discard artichoke marinade liquid.
4In a bowl, combine noodles, tomatoes, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, Annie's dressing, oregano, garlic salt, and parmesan cheese.
5Enjoy!
