I found this recipe on Pinterest, had all the ingredients, and made it today.
It's a very interesting combination of ingredients. My family loved it.

Ingredients

eggs, room temperature
1 Tbsp
white vinegar
1 1/2 c
mayonnaise
1 c
creme fraiche (i used sour cream)
2 Tbsp
softened cream cheese
1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
sugar
1 tsp
celery salt
1/2 tsp
white pepper
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
2 Tbsp
champagne vinegar
1 Tbsp
capers, drained
1/2 c
frozen peas
1/4 c
minced celery
1/4 c
chopped scallions
1/2 c
drained and chopped, roasted red peppers
4 Tbsp
sweet pepper relish (not the green relish you put on hot dogss)
1/2 c
sliced black olives
1 lb
favorite pasta, uncooked

Directions Step-By-Step

Hard boil 3 eggs; peel, chop, and set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream (or creme fraiche), and cream cheese, until smooth.

Add all other ingredients, except pasta.

Fold in chopped eggs and refrigerate.

Cook pasta according to pkge. directions. Drain thoroughly, but do not rinse or cool.

In a large bowl, place drained hot pasta. Add mayonnaise mixture to hot pasta and stir to combine.

Spread pasta salad onto a cookie sheet and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

When pasta salad is cooled, spoon into a serving bowl, and serve.
