Ingredients For zumba omega-3 power salad

3 ozsalmon

1 1/2 cbaby spinach leaves

2 Tbspwalnuts, chopped

1/3 cred bell pepper, sliced

1/4 cred onion, sliced

1/4 cchickpeas (aka garbonzo beans)

1 tspolive oil, extra virgin

1 Tbspbalsamic vinegar

1 tsphoney
How To Make zumba omega-3 power salad

1Preheat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook salmon about 4 - 5 minutes per side for well done. Place spinach, walnuts, peppers, onions & chickpeas on a plate. Combine oil, vinegar & honey & drizzle over salad. Top with salmon.
