Wheat Berry Salad with pomegranate

- 1 cups wheat berries 3 cups of water 1/3 cup dried raisins or cranberries 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds 3 tablespoons rosewater or orange blossom water 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1/4 cup of sliver almonds 1/4 cup of sugar
1In a large pot combine wheat berries and water, boil on medium heat for 30 to 45 minutes. drain and rinse with cold water.
Combine wheat berries with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl; stir gently. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to combine. Serve cold or at room temperature.
