Rachel's Story

This recipe comes from a restaurant we had here in Coon Rapids, MN. And the salad this salad was there signature salad and it is AMAZING!!! So I thought I would share this recipe and believe me if you try it you will make it again and again...

Ingredients

1 head lettuce chopped (or a bag of pre chopped lettuce)
1 head cauliflower chopped
1 pd bacon cooked and crumbled
dressing: 1c. mayo
1/4 c
sugar
3/4 c
shredded parmesean cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut up lettuce, Cauliflower, and crumble bacon and set aside.

For dressing mix 1 cup mayo, 1/4 c sugar and 3/4 c parmesean cheese. I add a touch of milk also to make it easier to mix. Adjust ingredients if needed as well.

Mix everything to together in a large bowl until dressing is combined evenly with the lettuce, cauliflower and bacon. Refrigerate for a half hour or until ready to serve. Enjoy!!

It is the actual name of the restaurant where the salad originated from. I am not sure what it means?
