Sunny Broccoli Salad

- mayonnaise (can use reduced fat)
- small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c
- 1/4-1/3 c
- 2 Tbsp
- 7 c
- chopped, fresh broccoli
- 1/2 tsp
- sunflower kernels
- 8 slice
- bacon, crisp cooked, drained and crumbled
1In a large mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, onion, raisins sugar and vinegar.
2Add broccoli and stir to coat.
Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
3Stir in bacon and sunflower kernels just before serving.
