Don't think i have saw this many places.Checked jap to make sure it wasn't here before i post it.
a large bowl combine first 5 ingredients.In a small pan combine sugar & vinegar,bring to a boil.Pour over mixture in bowl stir.Cover and refrigerate overnight.This makes about 3 cups,so you may wont to double or add more peppers.
