16 oz can of kraut,drained
8 oz can sliced green beans,drained
1/2 c onion chopped
1/4 c carrot shredded
2 Tbsp green pepper diced
2/3 c sugar
1/2 c vinegar,white

a large bowl combine first 5 ingredients.In a small pan combine sugar & vinegar,bring to a boil.Pour over mixture in bowl stir.Cover and refrigerate overnight.This makes about 3 cups,so you may wont to double or add more peppers.
