Ramen Noodle Salad
Wonderful for church suppers, or big dinners...
1Mix vinegar, oil and seasoning packets from noodles. Let stand in refrigerator over night in a jar.
2Approximately one hour before serving, mix the slaw mix, green onion, broken noodles, sunflowers seeds and almonds. Add vinegar mixture and stir.
3Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
