My mother-n-law (from my first marriage) gave me this recipe 30 years ago. Although we have gone our separate ways, I still make this. It tastes better the second day. With the exception of the peas (you need 2 cans), you can adjust the ingredients to your liking. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 can(s)
peas - drained (i use the baby peas)

hard boiled eggs - chopped
1 medium
onion - chopped
1 c
mayonnaise
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Being careful not to smash peas, combine all ingredients and mix well; refrigerate until ready to serve. You can add additional mayonnaise if it seems dry.
