Ingredients

1 lb
package slaw mix
8
green onions (chop green part also)
2 Tbsp
sesame seeds
8 Tbsp
slivered almonds
6 Tbsp
rice vinegar
4 Tbsp
sugar
3/4 c
oil
2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
2 pkg
ramen noodles (uncooked; discard seasoning packs)

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown nuts and seeds in a little oil. Cool. Combine slaw and onions. Combine dressing. Break up noodles and put on top. (Do not open package; break up noodles by pounding with a mallet or heavy knife handle, etc.) Pour on dressing. Adds seeds and nuts. Let set in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours. Toss before serving.
