Ingredients

2 lb
green beans, (mix with wax beans if available)
6 small
sweet colorful peppers, cut in strips
1 can(s)
great northern beans
2 Tbsp
ancient olive grapefruit vinegar
1 Tbsp
ancient olive lime olive oil
2 Tbsp
chopped fresh cilantro
sprinkle lightly with sea salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water, toss with peppers and beans.

Dressing: mix grapefruit vinegar and lime olive oil. Toss in the cilantro.

Adjust seasonings to taste.
