1peel and slice cucumbers into thin slices.
2dice tomato into small pieces
3remove outer layer of onion then chop into small peices discard center core due to bitterness.
4mix all ingredeants in large bowl, then begin pouring on italion dressing while tossing the salad, can be eaten emedeately but it's better if left in fridge overnight.
