This recipe came from Mom. It is a long time family favorite. She was a great cook I learned a lot from her and wish to pass her many recipes along to our friends and her grand children.

pinch tips: How to Skin Carrots, Potatoes and Apples


1 medium
head cabbage shreaded
4 large
carrotts shreaded
1 small
onion grated
may substitude all of the above with 1 large bag oc cole slaw mix.
1 1/2 c
helmans mayonaise
1 c
sugar or splenda as desired
10 tsp
cider vinegar

Directions Step-By-Step

Place shredded veggies in bowel and set aside.
Mix Mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together well.
Pour dressing mixture over veggie mixture and mix well.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour, best if over night for the flavors to blend. Enjoy.
