Marlene Losey prepared this dish at our January, 2013, meeting
- green peppers
- roasted red pimento for color
- sour cream
- sweet pickle juice
1Add mayo mixture and cream together with the vegetables. Keep cold in refrigerator until time to serve.
2Salad dressing, sour cream, sweet pickle juice, mix together and combine with the slaw mixture. Put in refrigerator for a couple of hours to let the flavors mix. Serve cold. Tastes wonderful and can be kept in frig for days.
