In anticipation of spring and summer, I am going through some of my recipes and this is such a good salad for spring and/or summer!
- head of cauliflower, broken into pieces
- 1 bunch
- broccoli, cut up into small pieces
- 1 box
- frozen peas, thawed but not cooked
- onion, minced
- 1 c
- sour cream
- 2 c
- 3/4 tsp
- garlic salt
- 5 Tbsp
1Mix the cauliflower, broccoli, peas and onions together.
2Sauce: Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic salt and sugar well and toss with vegetables. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours! DELISH!
