- 2 each 3 oz. packages of green pistachio pudding
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1 jar marachino cherries, drained, cut up
- 1/2 lb crushed pecans
- 1 lg can crushed pineapple, drained
1Make pistachio pudding and let set in refrigerator until the consistency of jelly. Beat until foamy.
2Beat in cream cheese until mixed. Add marachino cherries, pecans, and crushed pineapple. Mix well.
3Return bowl to refrigerator until firm.
